4. Fulfilment, shipment, and delivery
Processing periods, shipping options, and estimated delivery windows are explained in our Shipping Policy or at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier disruptions, customs review, and other circumstances may affect transit times.
Please provide an accurate delivery address. If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact our support team so we can investigate and explain the next steps. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights regarding delivery or risk of loss.
5. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Return eligibility, applicable time limits, return instructions, and refund handling are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy. Contact us before sending items back so the return can be assessed and routing instructions provided.
Our policies do not limit any cancellation, refund, or other statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Promotions and website changes
Discounts, coupon codes, and limited-time offers may have additional conditions displayed with the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and may end once their published conditions expire.
